In addition, the lubricating oil should be checked every half month in the working environment of poor, high temperature and dust, and the lubricating oil should be replaced when the lubricating oil is found to have dirt, so as to keep the lubricating oil clean, extend the service life of the reducer and improve the economic benefits.
3. Hammer is strictly prohibited
The output shaft of the reducer is equipped with coupling, belt wheel, sprocket and additional connecting parts can not be used direct hammer method, because the output shaft structure of the reducer can not bear the axial hammer, available shaft end screw hole screw pressure into the connecting parts.
4. Safety switch

5. Keep clean
The screw lift and additional components should be kept neat to avoid dust entering the box, and the outer surface of the dust will affect the heat dissipation.
